DFT Academy Cancellation Policy

 DFT Academy reserves the right to cancel any Training event. In the event of cancellation by DFT Academy, participants will have the option of being moved to the next scheduled event or receive a full refund of registration fee. DFT Academy is not responsible for any other expenses or possible damages incurred. 

 Please note the following: 

• Cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email to virginia@dftacademy.net 
• Emailed cancellations will be confirmed when accepted.
• Cancellations must be received 5 business days prior to the training event in order to qualify for a refund.
• Cancellations received 5 Business days or more in advance of the scheduled training event will receive a full refund if requested.
• Cancellation of training event reservation less than 5 Business days before the scheduled training event and prior to the start of the training event will result in store credit or scheduling into a future training event.
• Failure to attend the training event (no-show), without making prior arrangements with training staff, will result in forfeiting the entire registration fee.
• We understand mitigating circumstance can affect attendance. Each circumstance will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

The above policies apply to all DFT Academy Training Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding training materials.

 Students 18 years of age and older must read and sign the Release and Waiver of Liability before training starts. For those younger than 18 years of age a parent or legal guardian must complete the form and sign it on their behalf.  

 The safety of our students and instructors are treated as top priority. DFT Academy staff and instructors have the right to remove anybody from class or the range at any point during the duration of the course should there be a concern for safety risks. A student who is removed will not receive a certificate of completion. A Refund will not be issued.
